Established in 2016 to help protect the natural ecological diversity and heritage of Washtenaw County. Named to honor Leslee Niethammer, director of the Saline District Library and active community member.

To me, sitting by the creek is the best part of my day. I love to sit and listen to the water rushing over the rocks and watch the wildlife.
